The Gibson family has been in the service and hospitality industry for over 90 years. It all started with the “Country Store” that was established in the 1930s right here on this property. Then, in 1978, we opened “Big B BBQ” restaurant in Alexander City, Alabama. We now own and operate Gibson’s Grove RV Park & Storage, where we pride ourselves on providing affordable, quality services and living areas that make our customers proud.

We are conveniently located 25 minutes from Lake Wedowee, 45 minutes from Lake Martin, and 5 minutes from the largest employer in Clay County: Wellborn Cabinet.​
